Great Beginnings Applecross

Friendly, small centre with lovely, caring staff. Very good communication, and love the fact that my toddler and kindy aged child get to spend extra time together at meal times (and the meals look and smell wonderful- Lavinia is a great cook!) and outdoor play due to shared eating and outdoor play areas. Also offer occasional free date nights, where they have the children for a couple of hours, so that parents can enjoy a meal together! Much appreciated by us as we have limited family support in Perth. Only criticism is that the parking can get a bit congested, but plenty of street parking nearby.

Very happy with this centre. The staff are very kind and the facilities are always kept clean and tidy. Our kids love their teachers and daycare friends.

This must be one of the best day cares going around. My toddler has been attending for the past six months and I have been so happy with every aspect of her care. It is such a nice environment which encourages positive behaviour and the children actually respond to the educators. The management and staff are all excellent. I'm so sad that we have moved and are changing centres as this place is a gem

Great Beginnings Applecross has been such a wonderful, caring centre for our daughter! All the staff are so loving and caring, and my daughter feels very at home and secure there. I love how we are constantly asked for our input into the menu, activities, excursions and celebrations. Kelly and her staff are amazing!

We are very happy with the service provided at this great little centre. The educators are enthusiastic and have been open and engaged with us and our children from our very first day. The kindy program is excellent and we have noticed our child's learning accelerate since it commenced. The centre is well managed, the space is lovely for children and as it is a smaller centre they have been able to get to know our children and our family on a lovely personal level. The 'date nights' are an awesome bonus. Recommend.

The standard of care here is wonderful. All the educators are attentive, caring and engaging. Though the centre may be small, it creates a cozy and safe environment that everyone can be a part of (parents included!). I would certainly recommend this centre if you're looking for high quality care for your child.

We are very happy and impressed with the standard of care provided at this centre. The staff are enthusiastic and caring. Our child is not just another 'kid' attending daycare but seems to be part of a big loving family at this daycare. Learning is both fun and educational as staff constantly come up with fresh and exciting material for the children. Daycare days are never an issue in our household as our child loves attending

My daughter loves her school and her teachers. They are warm, welcoming and friendly. The facilities are clean and practical with a wonderful sheltered play area with an every changing variety of toys being brought out to play with. We are so happy to have found this lovely centre xoxoxo

These guys are really great. I highly recommend GB Applecross.I started daycare for my son when he was 20 months old, so attached to me and really shy around other kids. It was really a hard thing to do but so worth it. My son is more confident around other kids now and talks about his friends and educators at daycare all the time.The centre manager (Miss Kelly) is not only managing the centre very well and maintaining a good communication between the centre and the families, but is also very good with kids. She is patient with all the emails and phone calls if you have enquiries.The educators are really great too. They try to accomodate for every child's special needs and personality. My son not only loves his own educators, he also likes the educators from the kindy room.The centre is small but they have lots of equipment and toys. The educators have a new activity for the kids almost every new day. Besides, they have a big storage filled with a lot of outside play equipment so every now and then there are different sets of play toys in the backyard.Overall, I'm very happy with great begginings applecross and highly recommend it.I'm updating this review after more than a year, and still can't emphasis how happy I am with GB Applecross. My son doesn't get tired of being there. They have french class every Monday and my son is really learning the language. They have new activities experiments, games, books, etc every new day.
